These terms apply to purchases from Tail & Token. Questions about an order can be sent to hello@tailandtoken.com.

Your personalised order

Products are made to order using the photo, placement and options you save. Please review your design, product details, delivery address and checkout total before paying. Product availability depends on your delivery destination.

Photos you provide

Please upload only photos you own or have permission to use for your personalised product. You retain ownership of your photo. By submitting it for an order, you permit Tail & Token and the service providers involved in that order to process, reproduce and print it as needed to personalise, produce and deliver your purchase. This permission does not authorise us to use your photo in advertising or marketing.

Print appearance

The preview helps you check photo placement. Screen colours and the appearance of a digital mockup can differ from the finished print. Limitations in the supplied photo can carry through to the product. Genuine printing defects remain covered by our return and refund policy.

Prices and payment

The currency and final item price, shipping charge and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Canadian checkout uses CAD and US checkout uses USD. Prices may change for future purchases; changes do not alter an order already accepted.

Delivery, changes and remedies

Delivery estimates and shipping arrangements are described in our shipping policy. Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation; it must be confirmed before production begins. Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our return and refund policy. If we cannot fulfil an order you have paid for, we will contact you and refund the unfulfilled purchase.

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. These terms do not limit rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer protection law.
