Shipping policy

Your item is printed especially for you. Here is what to expect between placing your order and receiving it.

Where we deliver

We currently offer eligible products for delivery in Canada and the United States. Availability depends on the product and your delivery address. Our Canadian mugs and totes are printed in Canada for Canadian delivery. Our US totes and US photo mug are fulfilled through US print partners. Our Canadian collection includes only products with Canadian fulfilment. Cotton kitchen towels and our other US-only products are not offered for Canadian delivery. Only delivery options available for your address are shown at checkout.

Production and delivery times

Made-to-order mugs normally take 2–7 business days in production, followed by an estimated 2–5 business days in Standard shipping within Canada or the contiguous United States. Please allow approximately 4–12 business days for mug production and transit combined. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Production and transit times vary by product and destination. Any estimate shown on the product page or at checkout is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Email hello@tailandtoken.com before ordering if you need help planning for a particular date.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Busy periods, customs processing, carrier disruptions and remote destinations can take longer. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii can take an additional 7–12 business days in transit, on top of production time and the usual shipping estimate. Standard shipping remains included for eligible orders to these states. Other destinations outside the contiguous United States may also take longer where delivery is available. Please allow extra time for gifts needed by a particular date.

Shipping charges and currency

Standard shipping is included in the product price for eligible orders delivered in Canada and the United States. No separate standard shipping charge is added at checkout for these orders.

Our Canadian mug and tote prices include standard Canadian delivery. Standard shipping remains included when you order more than one item.

Canadian checkout displays and charges in CAD, converted from our USD base pricing; US checkout is in USD. The Canadian amount may change with currency conversion.

Canadian standard shipping is included in the item price. Applicable taxes collected by us are shown at checkout before you pay. Expedited delivery is offered only if it appears as an available option at checkout and may have an additional charge.

Canadian fulfilment

Products offered in our Canadian collection are printed and shipped within Canada. Products that require cross-border shipping are not offered for Canadian delivery.

Multiple items and tracking

Items may be produced and shipped separately, including when different print partners are involved. Standard shipping remains included for eligible US orders even when items ship separately. Standard shipping remains included for eligible Canadian orders even when items ship separately. One order does not guarantee one package. We send shipping confirmation and tracking details when available. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created.

Addresses and delivery problems

Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering. If you spot an error, email hello@tailandtoken.com immediately with your order number. Changes are only possible if confirmed before the order reaches a stage where it cannot be changed.

If your parcel is delayed, missing, damaged or returned to sender, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Please do not send a parcel to the return address on its label without our written instructions. Damage and defect remedies are explained in our return and refund policy. Nothing in this policy limits your applicable consumer rights.
